Grady Windham serves as a Portfolio Trader & Operations Specialist at Financial Harvest Wealth Advisors, based in Winter Park, Florida. He plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s trading and operational infrastructure, helping ensure clients receive thoughtful, well-executed financial solutions tailored to their needs and intentions.

Born and raised in Winter Park, Grady has strong ties to the community where Financial Harvest calls home. He is part of a large extended family, many of whom also call Winter Park home. With relatives spread across a wide range of professions, Grady developed an early appreciation for diverse perspectives, the value of collaboration, and the impact of a strong work ethic when aimed at helping people practically where they have needs.

Grady earned his degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida, where he paired his academic pursuits with leadership outside the classroom. As Co-Captain of UCF’s bass fishing team, he honed teamwork and strategic decision-making skills. His passion for investing took root in his teenage years and deepened at UCF, where he earned top honors in a Capital Markets course portfolio competition by delivering the highest-performing strategy in his class.

His professional background reflects both discipline and analytical rigor. At the Department of the Navy, he drafted and managed procurement contracts, building a strong foundation in structured processes and regulatory frameworks. He later moved into the private sector as a Derivatives Analyst at The Bank of New York, where he worked with complex financial instruments and developed a technical depth in market operations that continues to inform his work today.

Grady was drawn to Financial Harvest by its principled approach to client service and its commitment to building meaningful, long-term relationships. He values being part of a firm that prioritizes clients’ interests first and deploys quantitative research to ensure strategies are sound to give clients peace and confidence. In his role, Grady is motivated by the opportunity to help individuals and families produce futures where their finances represent freedom, strength and capacities to help those in need.

Personal

Grady lives in Longwood with his wife Emily, a cardiac ultrasound technician.  Together, they enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, boating, and visiting New Smyrna Beach.  They attend Action Church in Winter Park with both sides of their families and are looking forward to starting their own family in the near future.  Grady still competes in local bass fishing tournaments on occasion and enjoys backpacking around the country with his cousins.
